That he died violently in a violent enviornment that he became a part of. Kahane's ideology continues as it still is supported by groups, individuals and some members of Israel's political sphere - its ideology is just as dark, disgusting and dangerous as those of islamist wahhabists, salafists and others. If they were in power or circumstances allowed it, they too would easily kill and murder and innocents that got in the way would be just collateral damage. Kahane's call for an Israel that includes the West Bank, Gaza and Hebron with the choice of the inhabitants as simply "pack up and leave", "be forced out by force and take the consequences" or "whatever is necessary to get rid of them" is a call for ethnic genocide. That his demand is based on religous scriptures not only smacks of the same hypocrisy of Osama Bin Laden, Khalid Sheik Mohammed and others, but is in fact identical. To honor and support this man is to honor other terrorists.
