Homosexuals Double Standards

Every day as a society we seem to be slipping back faster and further into the era of Sodom and Gomorrah with the continual attack on marriage, morals and family values.
When I see articles such as these:
Obama proclaimed June “Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Pride Month” [1]
NOW, THEREFORE, I, BARACK OBAMA, President of the United States of America, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and laws of the United States, do hereby proclaim June 2009 as Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Pride Month. [2]

…an 18-year-old senior, said he “felt invincible” after beating out the female candidates. And one of his peers said … “just shows how open-minded our class is.”

I think to myself, what is going on?
Introduction
Those supporting and engaged in this lifestyle continually insist on destroying and attacking: family morals, Christian values and the sanctity of marriage.
These individuals involved are ones I cannot and will not support as they are in clear defiance of biblical teachings. In addition to their destruction of marriage and hatred against all who even dare speak out against their views, is their fierce and slanderous opposition as they spew out fire from their souls in order to destroy and condemn those who do not agree with the agenda they preach.
They will label those of you in opposition: homophobic, bigots and hatemonger’s all in the name of political correctness to further their cause even though they themselves abuse, slander and treat with contempt anyone refusing acceptance of their lifestyle.
Yet they are allowed to freely harass and act ruthlessly vile against those not conforming to the mindset of which they share amongst themselves. They are allowed to force their ideology upon us and we are told to accept their actions, lies and behavior all in the name of tolerance.
I can no longer sit in silence to this double standard in which the homosexual movement practices. I can no longer ignore the issue as I am tired of their continual brainwashing of our youth, and their never ending attempts to destroy the sanctity of marriage and family values across this nation.
Double Standard
When we look at the response of Carrie Prejean in regards to homosexual marriage, I sit confused and dazed as she was asked to apologize for her she statement, which was neither offensive nor hateful to anyone as she answered honestly according to her own personal beliefs.
“I think it’s great that Americans are able to choose one or the other. We live in a land where you can choose same-sex marriage or opposite marriage,” she said.
“And you know what? I think in my country, in my family, I think that I believe that a marriage should be between a man and a woman. No offense to anybody out there, but that’s how I was raised.” [6]
You need to apologize to the gay community. You need to not talk about your faith. This has everything to do with you representing California and saving the brand,’ [6]
Now on the other hand, when anyone in the gay community offends others, no one ever demands them to apologize for offending others for the things in which they believe in – the double standard.
The homosexual community should demand the judge who asked Carrie the question to apologize for the horrible and vile things he said about this woman, as he clearly: belittled her, abused her, and did everything in his power to destroy her character, all because she didn’t answer the question in a way that would tickle his ears.
Hilton, who is gay, stoked the 30-second exchange the next day when he cursed the beauty queen on his blog and suggested her response may have cost Prejean the Miss USA crown. [6]
Within minutes, Hilton was posting to his blog that Prejean had “half a brain” and was a “dumb b***h.” Hilton also stated that he would have ran on to the stage and ripped off her tiara if she had won the competition. [7]
Not only did he abuse her verbally, but insisted that if she would have won the competition, he would have engaged her physically ripping the crown from her.
Yet, not a single soul asked this man to apologize for the contempt, hateful and reckless remarks he made about this woman all because she stated that you have a choice to choose, but she believes that marriage should be between a man and a woman.
I can guarantee that if anyone spoke these exact same harsh words against anyone in the gay community, there would be public outcry and demand from the gay community that the person who spoke those words would be forced to apologize nationally.
Final Thoughts
The issue we face as Christians, especially in this day and age, is that if we believe in God and His son Jesus, we can no longer hold the values that are of the world. We must stand up for truth and hold to our Christian values regardless of what the teachers of false doctrine spew out in the name of their anti-Christ, or what the world states is to be accepted.
We all have sinned and come short of the glory of God v1 Romans 3:23 , but if we truly believe in God by accepting the gift of eternal life v2 John 3:16 , repenting of our sins v3 Acts 8:22, dying to the world and living a new life in Christ Jesusv4 Mark 8:34, no longer partaking in the actions we did before we accepted Christ as our Lord and Savior, then we can no longer practice what is acceptable to the world v5 James 4:6.
I pray that God will open our eyes and soften our hearts so we can once again see the truth, stopping from our evil destructive ways.
Again, we cannot be a friend to the world and a friend of God, you have to pick your side and stick to it.
There is no middle ground v6 Revelation 3:15-16 with God.
